The Circus Candy Butchers sell our cotton candy, popcorn, balloons, programs & other souvenirs.

This affectionate nickname comes from the ‘good old days’ in the late 1800s, when selling candy at the Circus was more profitable than working as a traditional butcher.

Whilst ticket sales pay salaries & cover operating expenses, it’s these Concessions that make the real profits, which keeps the Circus alive.

And so, with many thanks, allow us to introduce you to some of the other wild cats, joeys & rubber men who help keep our City without a zip code on the road.
