The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification & Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination. 

TRADING TERMS

These Terms & Conditions will apply to all purchases made in store at Fee Fee La Fou HQ & all purchases of goods from the ‘Fee Fee La Fou Enterprises’ website, including our fire breathing, ever lasting gobstoppers!

By visiting our store, using this website & placing orders you are indicating that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase & that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your details as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

TERMS OF SALES ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance by Fee Fee La Fou Enterprises Limited. We aim to issue an order acceptance or rejection notice as soon as is reasonably possible. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Fee Fee La Fou Enterprises Limited reserves the right to cancel any accepted orders prior to delivery at our discretion. If the payment has already been charged then we will immediately issue an appropriate credit to your payment card account. 

CURRENCY & PRICES

All prices (including postage) both on line & in store, are quoted in Great British Pounds Sterling & are inclusive of 20% VAT.

Please contact us if you require a VAT receipt.

Fee Fee La Fou Enterprises Limited reserves the right to adjust the prices at any time.

In the event of a product being mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders. 

PAYMENT METHODS

Our preferred methods of payments are cash, credit or debit cards.

We accept all major debit & credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta & Amex. 

SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT

Our site is fully secure. We use Worldpay – a leading card processing company & your card details are never visible to anyone, not even our escapologist who is particularly good at picking locks!

Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. You will be issued with an electronic transaction receipt, which will be sent to the email address you provide.

All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks & authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All transactions are completed on a secure server.

Our credit card acquirers process card payments for you, for a 1.5% fee. This is included in the cost of your purchase. 

TELEPHONE PAYMENTS

Please call us, during opening hours, on +44 (0) 207 249 1238 if you would like to pay for an item over the telephone. 

PAYPAL & BANK TRANSFERS

We also accept payments by BACCs transfer, Cheque & Pay Pal to; bigtopshop@feefeelafouenterprises.com.

Just select the Paypal option during the checkout process.

Please note a Cheque will require 7 working days for clearance, before goods can be dispatched. 

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS

We also accept international payments, although your bank may charge you a small currency fee. If you use a credit card then your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your own currency. 

BANK FEES

The recipient must pay all bank charges & any fees incurred as a result of foreign payments. 

DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered & registered. We may also offer promotional discount codes which may apply to certain items specified or solely to purchases made through the website only.

Please note that there are certain items for sale, in store & on line, which will be excluded from any promotions & all discount codes.
For example any gift vouchers, gift receipts or sales items are exclude from promotional discounts. 

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our Gift Vouchers are issued by Fee Fee La Fou Enterprises Limited. Our Registered Office is Fee Fee La Fou HQ, 6 Bradbury, Dalston, London N16 8JN. The Company’s Registration number is England 7802090

Our golden tickets are only redeemable in store at Fee Fee La Fou HQ or on this website & using the voucher code.

They are available in decimal amounts between £10.00 & £50.00.

In order to redeem our Gift Vouchers you must register with a valid email address & accept our Terms & Conditions. Then simply enter the Voucher code during the checkout process.

Once payment has cleared the Gift Voucher will be sent by post to your chosen delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrectly delivered, lost or stolen vouchers.

Vouchers are valid for one transaction only. They will self-destruct one year from the original date of purchase.

We are happy to offer an exchange on any unused items purchased by Gift Vouchers providing they are returned to HQ in its original packaging & within 7 days from the purchase date.

Gift vouchers are non refundable but they are edible. Regrettably no change can be given. Monopoly Money is the only cash alternative available in store.

We reserve the right to cancel a Gift Voucher at any time. 

GIFT RECEIPTS

Gift receipts are available for products purchased on line & in store on request, however they are offered at the management’s discretion.

For purchases made on line they are valid for a period of 28 days. Whilst for purchases made in store they are valid for a period of 14 days. 

GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE

Our colourful gift-wrapping service, which includes a personal gift message from Cosmo The Clown, is available on request.

Any material submitted to us or published anywhere on this website is accepted by Fee Fee La Fou Enterprises on a non-confidential basis. Mr Majeika, our performing Sea lion, isn’t very good at keeping secrets!

By submitting work to us, the artists grant us permission to edit, copy or share their work for any purpose we see fit, although the Copyright will remain theirs & no third parties will be entitled to reproduce it without prior written consent. 

WEBSITE & STOCK AVAILABILITY

We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that this Website does not have any problems, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of the Website.

Please notify us immediately if you discover any technical glitches & we’ll give you a free token for our ‘Hook A Duck Stall’.

Due to the labour & costs involved in making our products, we hold very limited stock. We cannot guarantee that every item will be available immediately. If your item is not in stock, we will notify you by email. We will do our very best to ensure if reaches you as quickly as possible, however you will also be given the option of cancelling your order if you would rather not wait.

Some products are made to order & can take 4-6 weeks to complete. If you have an urgent order we will make every effort to meet your needs. Please contact us prior to ordering to check our current lead times for the item you wish to purchase.
