SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
All items are delivered by Royal Mail, Courier or Human Cannonball.
All heavy packages or fragile items will be sent by Courier.
We always use the most appropriate & economical method of transport, according to the size or fragility of each package, so unfortunately you won’t get to meet our unicycle-riding Brown Bears if your package contains breakables.
This Travelling Circus is happy to ship parcels Worldwide.
For international orders we use a signed-for service to ensure that nothing goes astray.
Where additional shipping costs apply, you will receive written confirmation & an invoice before the item is dispatched.
We use Royal Mail’s Standard Delivery service for all packages sent within the United Kingdom, unless they are fragile or valuable, in which case they will be sent Royal Mail Tracked or by Courier.
Certain items, which are either fragile or valuable, will be sent Royal Mail Signed For & therefore these costs will not correlate with the chart below.
UNITED KINGDOM POSTAGE
We use Royal Mail Airmail or Courier for all packages destined for Europe or Overseas. These postage costs are calculated by weight according to the charts below.
OVERSEAS POSTAGE - EUROPE
TAXES & DUTIES
All our prices are inclusive of 20% UK VAT.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price when sending outside of the EU.
Please note any taxes or duties liable, when shipping overseas, must be paid by the purchaser.
Our Juggler Of Obscure Objects dispatches parcels, as quickly as possible, but only once payment has cleared.
We aim to dispatch UK orders within 3-5 working days, whilst International orders can take up to 10 – 21 working days.
Orders are dispatched on a Tuesday & Friday at midday. Orders received after 9am on dispatch days will be dispatched on the following dispatch day.
Dispatch times for any bespoke or items made to order, will vary according to production lead times, however we will contact you directly with information regarding these items when appropriate.
Please contact us directly if you need your parcel urgently. Gladys, The Headless Lady, can arrange special services for UK customers only but these are at her strict discretion. Special requests tend to be granted to those whom she takes a particular shine to.
DAMAGES & LOSS
Fee Fee La Fou Enterprises Limited cannot be held responsible for any parcels damaged or lost during transit.
Please check your purchase carefully on receipt.
If any item arrives damaged please contact Bobo The Clown immediately & keep the item & packaging used. Transit damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery. A representative from our carriers may contact you as part of the claims process or we may need a photograph or the damaged item to be returned to us.
Please wait for our instructions before returning any items to HQ.
RETURN TO SENDER
Horace, our Human Calculator, is happy to re-dispatch items undelivered or returned to sender, however additional packaging or postage costs must be met by the customer & paid in advance.
