UNWANTED ITEMS

This Circus is a Sunday School Show**.

We are happy to offer a refund on any items bought in store providing they are returned in a fully resaleable condition & with proof of purchase within 7 days.

We also offer an exchange or credit note for any items returned in a fully resaleable condition & within 14 days from the original date of purchase.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges after this date.

Fee Fee La Fou Enterprises Limited retains the right to refuse a refund or exchange on any items that are not deemed to be resaleable.

ON LINE PURCHASES

We operate under Distance Selling Regulations & allow a 7-day cooling-off period. Please contact us, by email, within 7 days of receiving your goods to arrange an exchange or refund. Please return the item in its original condition & packaging to HQ, within 14 days.

All exchanges are based on stock availability.

FAULTY ITEMS

This Circus is no Fireball Outfit**. We don’t sell Fink’s** or Larry’s**.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if there is a problem please notify The Great Throwdini, by email, within 24 hours & he will replace the item, as soon as possible.

If you’re lucky he may also offer you the chance to become his Target Girl, as he’s always short of volunteers when practicing Impalement Arts on his now infamous ‘Wheel of Death’.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected by Dorothy Dietrich one of our greatest escape artists & any items she deems damaged as a result of fair wear & tear will, with regret, not be accepted as faulty or eligible for a refund.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

With regret any discounted items, special offers, personalized products or those made to order, including bespoke picture frames cannot be returned.

Earrings & hair accessories are also non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Unfortunately any Gift Vouchers purchased on line or in store are non refundable.

REFUND OR EXCHANGE PROCESS

All products, including Goldfish, must be returned in their original packaging for a replacement, an exchange or full refund.

Please note we are unable to accept returned packages without prior authorization.

When returning an item please obtain a certificate of postage or send by recorded delivery, as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Sadly we are not able to refund return postage costs on unwanted items but we can offer you to a free ride on our Push Me, Pull You instead.

A refund of delivery charges will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty products.

REFUND PAYMENTS

Refunds are credited to the same account & in the same manner as the original purchase.

Please note card refunds can take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete depending on their processing time.

GIFT RETURNS

When returning a gift please note that the refund will be made to the original purchaser’s card.

VAT REFUNDS

Fee Fee La Fou Enterprises Limited will not be able to process VAT refunds for international customers.

**Sunday School Show: A clean show. No crooked games, no dirty 'gal shows', no other illicit activity tolerated by the show owner.

** Fire Ball Outfit; A show with a poor performance, which allowed so many dishonest practices on its grounds that the towns it visited were literally "burned up" for any other shows that tried to follow it.
