These Fizzy Fish are made by Butterscotch & Beesting.
These brightly coloured candy sweets have a slightly sour flavour & are filled with fizzy sherbet. What’s more important is that they don’t taste even a tiny bit of fish. Phew!
They are made using traditional methods in copper pans.
They are handmade in the UK.
They are also suitable for Vegetarians & Coeliacs.
Each packet contains 100grams of sweets.

Sheffield’s very own answer to Willy Wonka joined us on a bitterly cold leap year in 1819.
Aided by her bumbling assistants Butterscotch & Beesting (whom she describes as her “delicious children”) she makes mouth-watering confections & other worldly delights fit for a King.
Working from her Gingerbread House & surrounded by sugar mice you might assume that Camilla is a very sweet natured girl, but sadly Hansel & Gretel made the same mistake once.
All Butterscotch & Beesting products have a story behind them, and these candy bags give you a peek into the quite special world of the Butterscotch & Beesting Circus – an imaginary place populated by strange muddled-up creatures, talented troupes of performing animals & magical goings-on.
