Betty can rarely resist having a throw at the Butterscotch & Beesting Circus Coconut Shy, (especially one with such a dashing gent at the helm) & with her strong sweet-making arms, she is rather adept at knocking them off their stands.
Not one to waste, Betty thought it best to put all those coconuts to good use, & came up with this ever-so-delicious coconut ice. Yum. Better keep winning those coconuts Betty!
They are handmade in the UK.
They are also suitable for Vegetarians.
