Rubby Slippers Necklace
This ruby red, Slipper Necklace was made in the UK, by Tatty Devine.
There's just no place like home Dorothy!
It was originally commissioned by The Southbank Centre to commemorate the arrival of a stage version of The Wizard Of Oz.
Using their signature design technique, Tatty Devine has created this piece by laser-cutting shiny red-mirrored perspex & hand finishing them with a glittery bow on each toe.
Please try to keep water, perfume & other sprays or lotions away from your jewellery, as moisture can sometimes discolour any metal parts.
Each shoe 3.8cm x 2.6cm, the total length of the necklace is adjustable & ranges from 45cm - 50.5cm.
Tatty Devine
Christened Tatty Devine, because of her outstanding natural beauty, she makes an honest living by throwing deadly sharp objects. She is one of the only artists in the world to perform ‘The Wheel of Death’ at 0.65 seconds per knife.
Her secret? Her knives are sharper than her Grandma’s tongue!
She is also the long-serving but ravishing partner to the Great Throwdini; the world’s fastest knife thrower.
He often makes Tatty his target, calling her “his little Pin Cushion”, but she seeks her revenge at night by using his finest blades to make quirky, colourful Perspex Jewellery.
